Meaghan Blight is the 26th President of Wesleyan College, an esteemed all-girl's college in Macon, Georgia - the first college in the world chartered to grant degrees to women. With more than 15 years of experience creating effective leaders and helping women navigate corporate structures, she works to accelerate equality for women by providing students at Wesleyan with progressive academic experiences in an atmosphere designed to build women the skills and resiliency to thrive.

In this interview, we spoke to her about the subtle barriers that lock women out of prefessional spaces, the stigma against all-girls education and how Wesleyan's inner-workings combat it, as well as her own journey to becoming the head of such a committed institution.
